Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Cairo, the capital city of Egypt. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel for your rejuvenating rest.

This morning, embark on a city tour with a visit to Egyptian Museum, it houses the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities in the world with over 120,000 items, with a representative amount on display which was completed in 1902. It is currently the largest museum in Africa. Among its masterpieces are Pharaoh Tutankhamun's treasure, including its iconic gold burial mask, widely considered one of the best-known works of art in the world and a prominent symbol of ancient Egypt. Next, proceed to Mosque of Muhammed Ali, situated on the Summit of Saladin Citadel, and has minarets measuring 270 feet in height – way above average! You will be able to view Giza Plateau from the top of the minaret. The mosque was built between 1830 and 1957 by prominent architect, Yussuf Bushnaq. After which, proceed to visit Khan el-Khalili, a bazaar in the historic center of Cairo. Established as a center of trade in the Mamluk era and named for one of its several historic caravanserais, the bazaar district has since become one of Cairo's main attractions for tourists and Egyptians alike.

Today, you will visit to the site of one the wonders of ancient world. The Great Pyramids of Giza, the largest pyramid in Egypt and the tomb of the forth dynasty pharaoh, Khufu. The pyramid is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact. Next, proceed to visit The Great Sphinx, a statue of a mythical creature, sphinx, with a head of a human and body of a lion. Make your Giza experience worthwhile with a camel ride in the desert of Giza. Thereafter, continue to Saqqara, view the oldest complete stone building complex known in history. Djoser's step pyramid, known as the step tomb was built during the third dynasty about 3000 years ago.

Day 4

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, continue to visit the East bank of the Nile including the Karnak Temple Complex. The construction of the complex started during the reign of the Senusret l in the Middle Kingdom (2000 – 1700 BCE). Next, proceed to the Temple of Luxor, dedicated to the rejuvenation of kingship. It may have been where many of the pharaohs of Egypt were crowned or conceptually. In Alexander the Great situation, he claimed he was crowned at Luxor but may never have traveled south of Memphis, near modern Cairo. Next, transfer to the pier to board your cruise where you will spend the next four nights cruise sailing to Aswan from Luxor.

Today, visit the West bank of the Nile which includes the two Colossi of Memnon also known as the “singing statues,” are two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III and had stood since 1350 BC. Next, visit the breath-taking Temple of Hatshepsut, is a mortuary temple built during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. Its three massive terraces rise above the desert floor and into the cliff of Deir El-Bahari. Followed by a visit of the Valley of the Kings, where the tomb of King Tut was discovered. Thereafter, proceed back to your cruise and enjoy your sailing down south to Edfu passing by Esna Locks.

Upon arrival in Edfu, visit the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus, who was identified as Apollo under the Greek Interpretation. It is one of the best preserved shrines in Egypt. Not forgetting to hop on board the kalesh ride, an Egyptian Horse-drawn carriage. Next, continue towards Kom-Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, an unusual double temple in the town of Kom Ombo. It was dedicated for gods Sobek, god of fertility and Haroeris, falcon god. Continue to sail towards Aswan.

This morning, embark on a memorable visit to the Temples of Abu Simbel, a historic site comprising two massive rock-cut temples in the village of Abu Simbel. The twin temples were originally carved out of the mountainside in the 13th century BC, during the 19th Dynasty reign of the Pharaoh Ramesses II. This afternoon, sail onboard a traditional felucca ride, a sail boat to Elephantine Island and view Mausoleum of the Aga Khan, constructed in 1960. The Aga Khan's wife, Begum Om Habibeh Aga Khan, commissioned the construction of the mausoleum on the west bank of the Nile.

Day 8

Today, you will disembark from your cruise ship and continue to visit Aswan High Dam, one of the world's largest embankment dams. After which, continue to The Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known ancient obelisk and is located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt in Aswan. and the Temple of Philae, is an island-based temple complex in the reservoir of the Aswan Low Dam, downstream of the Aswan Dam and Lake Nasser. Thereafter, proceed to the airport for your domestic flight to Cairo.

Day 9

This day, bid farewell to Cairo and proceed to visit Alexandria. Embark on a city tour which includes visit to the Catacombs of Kom El Shokafa, the Pompeii’s Pillar and view the Qaitbay Fort. After lunch continue to visit the Montaza Palace Gardens before travelling to Siwa, an urban oasis in Egypt. It lies between the Qattara Depression and the Great Sand Sea in the Western Desert. Along the way, drive past the beautiful bay of Marsa Matrouh on the Mediterranean Coast.

Day 10

After breakfast, visit the Temple of the Oracle. It is believed to have housed the famous Greek oracle of Jupiter Amun, to which Alexander the Great headed directly when he came to Egypt for the first time in 331 BC. Thereafter, head to Cleopatra Pool and Dakrour Mountain, which has been renowned for the healing qualities of its hot sands since ancient times. Next, visit Siwa House Musuem built to preserve and display artifacts. Explore Shali, an old city abandoned in 1926 after 3 days of rain that literally melted the mud brick city. Late afternoon, enjoy a 4WD desert safari through the massive sand dunes of the Great Sand Sea. Arrive at the fossils area and see the marine fossils which date to Cambrian era.

In the morning, return to Cairo enroute to El-Alamein where you will visit the El-Alamein War Museum. Next, proceed to Cairo airport where you will be boarding your plane back to Singapore.
